| 摘 要： | 课程建设在推进高等教育发展和高校教学改革中处于重要地位,文章从课程建设的重要性出发,阐述了课程建设与精品课程建设的关系及精品课程建设对本科课程建设的示范和影响,并以齐齐哈尔大学课程建设为例,探讨了精品课程建设促进课程建设的措施和途径。
