舆情内涵发展演变探析

舆情研究是在吸收借鉴舆论与民意相关研究的基础上发展起来的,舆情概念的提出和舆情研究的发展反映了我们党科学执政、民主执政的现实要求,突出舆情的政治指向性,具有重要的现实意义。而随着转型期社会利益矛盾的复杂化、公民社会力量的增长和网络表达的快速发展,网络舆情在整个社会舆情中的地位和影响日益凸显,舆情的内在诸要素也在不断发生变化,因而舆情概念的内涵与外延也应不断做出相应的调整、丰富与拓展。

On the Evolution and Development of the Connotation of Public Sentiment

Researches on public sentiment are developed on the basis of relative researches on remarks from consensus and public opinion. The putting forward of the concept of public sentiment and development of researches on public sentiment reflect that the CPC committed itself to govern scientifically and democratically. Researches on how to give prominence to political direction of public senfiment are very important. During the transitional period, interest contradictions are getting complicated. The citizen power is increasing. Voicing through the web gets very convenient and widely used. The influence of internet public sentiment gets increasingly prominent. Elements of public sentiment are changing too. Thus the connotation and denotation of public sentiment should also make appropriate adjustments and expansions.
