| 摘 要： | 公有制和公有制的实现形式是两个不同层次的经济范畴,对公有制的实现形式的选择主要应根据生产力的具体特点.我国传统的公有制实现形式具有其内在的弊端.当前,无论是完善社会主义市场经济体制,还是坚持与完善社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度、巩固与增强公有制的主体地位,都客观要求"使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式".

| Abstract: | Public ownership and its realization forms are two different economic categories.Choosing the realization forms of public ownership should mainly be based on the concrete characteristics of productivity. The realization form of our country's traditional public ownership has its inherent drawbacks. At present, perfecting the socialist market economy system , insisting on and perfecting the basic economic system of primary stage of socialism , and consolidating and strengthening the subject position of public ownership require shareholding system to be the main realization form of public ownership objectively. |
