| 摘 要： | 许多国家的民诉法中都设置了审前准备程序,而我国现行民诉法中没有设置一个专门的审前准备程序,笔者主张在我国民诉法中能设立一个法院与当事人之间合理互动,既有利于实现程序公正,又有利于提高诉讼效率的专门的审前准备程序。

| Abstract: | Pretrial preparatory procedure is stipulated in the civil procedure law of many countries, but there is not a special pretrial preparatory procedure in civil procedure law of China. The author alleges that a special pretrial preparatory procedure should be stipulated in civil procedure law of China, in which there is a reasonable interaction between the court and client, and which avails the procedure justice and efficiency. |
