关于西方身体意象研究的理论述评

身体意象是指个体如何看待自己的身体以及如何看待他人对自己身体的评价。目前在身体意象的研究中,主要有社会文化理论、信息加工模型、身体意象失调模型和身体意象的社会比较理论。每个理论都有各自的理论基础和研究侧重,并且已有大量的实证研究进行了验证,但是目前尚缺乏一个整合性的理论模型,并且在身体意象的干预性和应用性上还需要加强。对于身体意象研究中产生的新研究方向如具身认知等,未来需要从实证领域进行不断地探索、验证。
