| 摘 要： | 离岸市场是提高货币国际影响力的重要金融平台,目前人民币区域化国际化迫切呼唤离岸市场试验给予支持。从人民币离岸市场的现实条件分析,深港两地是构建这一市场并助力人民币区域化国际化的理想之地。香港完全有条件建成具有国际影响力的内外一体型人民币离岸中心,成为人民币区域化国际化的桥头堡;而深圳可以与香港合理分工,利用自身优势拓展对外人民币业务,打造有特色的内外分离型境内人民币离岸清算市场,发挥人民币"走出去"进程中的风险"防火墙"作用。
