城镇化进程中农村转移人口就业问题的困境与对策

农村转移人口在我国经济发展中扮演着重要的角色,是加快我国工业化和城镇化进程的重要推动力.然而,农村转移人口在城镇就业过程中却遇到诸多问题.主要从农村转移人口自身的职业技能水平、随迁子女教育和城镇化的发展质量三个方面对农村转移人口等问题进行了探讨,并提出加强职业培训、制定政策解决农村转移人口随迁子女教育问题等对策,以期加快农村转移人口的市民化进程,促进城镇的健康发展和社会的长治久安.

DIFFICULTIES AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR RURAL MIGRANT POPULATION EMPLOYMENT IN THE PROCESS OF URBANIZATION

Rural migrant population plays an important role in the economic development, and is one of the important impetuses to accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization in our country. However, it is faced with many problems in the process of employment in cities and towns. The paper discusses the prob- lems mainly from three aspects the rural populationg own professional skill levels, trailing their childreng education and the development of the urbanization quality, and puts forward such countermeasure as strengthe- ning vocational training, formulating policies to solve the problem of their children＇ s education so as to quick- en the transfer of rural urbanization, and promote the healthy development of the towns and the stability of the society.
