| 摘 要： | 利用协调度评价方法对中原经济区水资源与社会经济发展的协调性进行了研究。研究认为,相对于全国水平而言,中原经济区水资源与社会经济协调程度不容乐观。因此有必要加强水资源保障,采取措施进一步挖掘区域范围内水资源保障潜力,推进水生态文明建设,严格水资源管理制度,采取各种措施节约用水和防止水污染,减少水资源的供需矛盾。

| Abstract: | The author conducts a study of the coordination of water resources with socio-economic development in Central Plains Economic Zone by using coordination degree evaluation method. In terms of the national av- erage level, the coordination level of water resources with soeio-eeonomy of the Central Plains Economic Zone is not optimistic. Therefore, it is neeessaly＂ to strengthen the protection of water resources and take further measures to tap the potentialof protecting water resources in the region, promote the construction of water-eco- logical civilization, rigorously enforce the system of water management, take various measures to conserve wa- ter, prevent water pollution and reduce the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources. |
