| 摘 要： | 新闻报道具有时效性、真实性和简洁性等特点,适于作为案例在知识产权法教学中运用.新闻报道时时刻刻都在涌现,需要从主题、时间和内容三个方面进行筛选,才能选出适合作案例的新闻报道.常见的新闻报道表现为文字资料、图片资料和视频资料,不同形式的资料,使用的方法及技巧也不相同.新闻报道具有法院判决无可比拟的优势,但也有其自身的局限,具体表现为时效的局限、内容的局限和体系的局限等.

| Abstract: | News reports are timely, authentic and brief, thus suitable as case study in the teaching of intellec- tual property law. News reports emerge constantly, and need to be screened from three aspects - - -theme, time and content, so as to choose the most suitable for case study. There are different forms of data in news re- ports, namely, text information, pictures and video. The methods and skills used are not the same according- ly. While news reports have incomparable advantages over the court, they have thier own limitations in terms of time, the content and system. |
