| 摘 要： | 法学教育过去注重的是单向讲授,缺乏双向互动.现有的互动性教学方法处于自发探索阶段,没有形成互动理念指导下的方法自觉,以及对应的方法体系.在价值诉求上,互动性要素是实践教学的重要成分,不仅能启蒙学生的主体性,提高学习效果,培养学生创新能力,也是推动教师科研工作的重要思想来源.

| Abstract: | Law education used to be a one-way teaching and lack two-way interaction. Interactive teaching method is still in the spontaneous stage without conscious guidance by the idea of interactive method, and the corresponding method system. As to the value aim, interactive element is an important composition of practice teaching, which not only enlightens the students~ subjectivity, improves the effect of learning, and cultivates the students＇innovation ability, but also serves as an important source of ideas to promote teachers＂ scientific research work. |
