| 摘 要： | 食品产业是河南省经济的支柱产业之一,也是中原经济区建设中的重点支持产业。分析了河南省经济发展过程中居民食品消费结构的变化以及河南省食品产业的增长情况,运用面板数据模型研究了居民食品消费结构对食品产业的影响,并在此基础上提出发展中原经济区食品产业的政策措施。

| Abstract: | Food industry is one of the pillar industries of the economy in Henan Province and is the industry that gets key support in the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone as well. The paper analyzes the changes in the strtcture of household food consumption and the growth of the food industry in the process of the economic development in Henan Province using the panel data model in the research on household food consumption structure. It comes up with policy measures of developing the food industry of the Central Plains Eco- nomic Zone on the basis of the research. |
