| 摘 要： | 作为人口最多的国家,中国的粮食安全问题尤为重要。2004年以来,我国粮食总产量实现了十连增,但粮食净进口量也在2004年起逐年大幅增加,进口依存度已超过10%,且进口粮食的来源国集中度高,使我国粮食安全问题凸显。在分析我国粮食安全现状的基础上,探讨了粮食供给的路径依赖及影响粮食供求的主要因素,提出了保障我国粮食安全的战略。

| Abstract: | As a country with the largest population in the world, China＇ s food security is of vital importance. Since 2004, China＇ s total grain output has been increasing for ten years, yet the import of grain has also been going up considerably year by year. Although the grain import saves the land resources in our country, the import dependence is more than 10% and there is a high geographical concentration of the grain import, which highlights the food security of our country. Based on the analysis of the situation in China＇ s food security, the paper discusses the path-dependence of food supply, the main factors affecting the food supply and need, and then proposes some strategies to protect China＇ s food security. |
