论舆论监督的边界

自媒体时代的兴起使媒体原有的运作机制发生了质的变化,它所掀起的舆论监督的热潮在一定程度上促进了公民意识的觉醒,推动着公民社会的建立.然而,随着自媒体的繁荣悄然衍生的还有一股不可忽视的势力——媒体私有化倾向下民粹主义初现端倪.网络谣言在不知不觉中形成了一种异化的舆论场,舆论监督的边界逐渐模糊.国内外一些反华势力借此混淆视听,扰乱民心.采用定性研究和个案研究法,从客观的角度分析了当前的一些现象,探讨了打击网络谣言是否意味着打击舆论监督、舆论监督的边界应当怎样捍卫等当前颇具争议的问题.

ON THE BOUNDARY OF SUPERVISION BY PUBLIC OPINION

The rise of we-media era has brought about qualitative changes in the original media operation mechanism. The upsurge of supervision by public opinion has promoted the awakening of civic consciousness to a certain extent, and boosted the establishment of the civil society. However, with the prosperity of we - media, there is a force to be reckoned with - - - populism under the tendency of media privatization. Inter- net rumors have unconsciously formed a kind of alienation of public opinion field, and the boundary of the su- pervision by public opinion has gradually blurred. Some anti-China forces at home and abroad take this oppor- tunity to mislead and confuse the people. The paper analyses some of the current phenomena objectively. U- sing qualitative research and case study, it explores the current controversial issues： whether cracking down on Internet rumors means cracking down on the supervision of public opinion; how to defend the boundary of the supervision by public opinion, and etc.
