| Abstract: | The paper advances a method of constructing sustainable development index. The three catagories of indexes obtained by this method won' t involve resource value stock, so the knotty problem of fixing resource price can be solved. Therefore, these three catagories of indexes are of comparatively better manipulation quality. |
