《翼教丛编》的经典观

光绪二十四年 (公元 1898年 )的湖南新政运动 ,主要是以康有为、梁启超等人的经学思想为根据的。苏舆则编辑《翼教丛编》 ,用以作为反对康、梁的理论基础。指出《湖南时务学堂学约》根本就是承袭康有为《长兴学记》而来 ,是康学而非儒学 ;经典的真伪 ,并不如康有为所想那样武断简单 ;诠释经典 ,也应重视乾嘉主流的文字训诂知识 ;中国所需要的是西方的工艺 ,而非西方的文化及制度。

The Classic View of "Yijiao Congbian"

The Hunan New Deal Movement in 1898 was mainly based on the classic thought of Kang You-wei and Liang Qi-chao. Shu Yu edited "Yijiao Congbian" as a theoretical base against Kang and Liang. Shu Yu pointed out that "Hunan Current Affairs School Regulation" was essentially a heritage from "Chang Xin Xue Yi" by Kang You-wei. That is the thought of Kang, not the thought of Confucians. The true or false of Classics was not as simple as Kang You-wei thought. Explanation of Classics should stress the mainstream literature knowledge. What China needs were western craft art and process, but not their culture and system.
