谈《饭店人力资源管理》课程改革的思路

摘    要:高职教育以职业定向教育为基本特征,因此其课程应使学生能获得结构完整的工作过程中所涉及到的理论知识、职业能力和相关的职业体验,以促进职业能力的形成。本文就高职《饭店人力资源管理》课程的相关问题进行分析,提出一些粗浅的建议,旨在进一步完善《饭店人力资源管理》课程对酒店管理专业学生的职业能力和职业体验的培养。

The Introduction to the Teaching Content Reform of The Management of the Human Resources in Hotel

Abstract:The higher vocational education makes the professional oriented education for its basic characteris-tics, so its courses would make the students to get the structural integrity knowledges , the professional ability and the professional experience when they are at work, and also make the progress of their professional ability. In this article , the writer has analyzed some problems of The Management of the Human Resources in Hotel, and advised some own advices, pointed out that making some perfections of teaching The Management of the Human Resources in Hotel to train the students' professional ability and professional experience .
