| 摘 要： | 农民工子女教育问题现状堪忧，必须采取适当的策略加以解决，针对农民工子女受社会重视程度不够问题，提出用人单位应诚信对待农民工；针对学校不重视对农民工子女的教育问题，提出矫正教育的指向，增强基础性教育和技能性教育；针对农民工家庭失去了对孩子的教育监管能力问题，提出用人单位和街道组织应加强对农民工家长的培训教育；针对农民工子弟学校现状，提出给予农民工子弟学校足够的生存空间，来解决办学难的问题。

| Abstract: | We must adopt appropriate strategies to deal with the present situation of education of migrant workers'children.The article proposes that migrant workers should be treatly honested by emplogers;put for- wards correcting the direction of education,enhancing sex education and basic skills education;raises strength- ening training of migrant workers' parental education by employing units and communities. |
