| 摘 要： | 《黛丝.米勒》作为亨利.詹姆斯早期创作的"国际题材"短篇小说,以生活在不同文化背景之下的美国人为主要对象,运用现实主义的写法向读者淋漓尽致地展示了欧美文化的冲突。从跨文化交际的角度分析小说女主角黛丝.米勒交际失败的悲剧根源对我们深刻理解情感冲突背后的文化差异无疑具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Daisy Miller,a novel of "international theme",is one of the works by Henry James in his early literary career.The differences of cultural background lead to their different understanding with social etiquette between Winterbourne,people around him and Daisy Miller.Custom leads to cultural clashes and communication misunderstanding.The paper will analyze the cultural difference and emotional conflict in Daisy Miller from intercultural communicative perspective. |
