企业全方位领导胜任力模型的建立

摘    要:企业领导胜任力模型是企业区分优秀领导者和普通领导者的关键标准,成功的企业领导胜任力模型的塑造有助于领导的招聘、提拔和业绩的评估等诸多方面.本文基于成熟的领导理论,分别运用领导特征理论、领导行为作风理论和领导权变理论的相关知识,结合企业的经营实践,尝试性地建立了企业全方位领导胜任力模型,以期为企业的领导人甄选、培育提供帮助.

Abstract:Competency modeling of enterprise leaders is the key criterion to distinguish excellent leaders from ordinary leaders. A successful competency modeling of enterprise leaders is good to recruit, elevate and evaluate leaders. The paper has managed to establish omnidirectional competency modeling of enterprise leaders based on mature theories on leaders including the theory of particularities of successful leaders, the theory of leading behaviors and styles and the theory of leading environment. Combined with management practice of enterprise, the establishment of the model is expected to help select and foster leaders for all kinds of corporations.
