新时期陕西乡风文明建设探讨

“乡风文明”是社会主义新农村建设和全面建设小康社会的重要内容和关键。新时期陕西乡风文明建设存在阵地缺失,文化基础设施落后;农村文化产品、文化服务供给不足;陈规旧俗蔓延,文化消费趋于畸形;传统美德丢失严重,“厚葬薄养”现象普遍;农村科学精神匮乏,封建迷信抬头等问题,针对陕西乡风文明建设存在的问题,探讨解决的对策,对促进陕西新农村建设意义重大。

Building of Rural Civilization of Shaanxi in the New Stage

Advancing rural civilization is an important part in building the new socialist countryside and an all-round better-off society.While at present,various problems exist in Shaanxi Province which affect adversely the building of rural civilization,such as backwardness of cultural infrastructure,shortage of the supply of cultural products and service,wide spreading of outmoded customs and practices,lack of care for elders and ignorance of scientific knowledge.Countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems.
