大学生“村官”的成才机制初探

选聘高校毕业生到村任职工作是党和国家的一项战略性“人才工程”。大学毕业生顺应广大农村急需优秀人才之大势,顺应国家鼓励高校毕业生积极应聘到村任职之大势到农村建功立业,就是顺势成才;绝大多数大学生“村官”来到陌生的农村环境,必然要程度不同地处在逆境之中,只要他们努力将这些“逆境因素”逐步克服,就能成就事业,达到逆境成才。大学生“村官”只要根据自己的优势,准确选择具体的工作岗位并做出优异成绩,就能做到适职成才。农村客观存在着种种成才的机遇,只要大学生“村官”树立正确的、强烈的机遇意识,就可以达到机遇成才。

Deciding Factors for the Success of College Student Village Leaders

It is a strategic project of the Chinese Central Government and the ruling party CPC to select college students to work as village leaders after graduation. Therefore, on the college students＇ part, the first factor that decides their success is to respond to the national policy and work after graduation in the countryside where talents are urgently needed. As the working environment in the countryside is adverse, the second factor that decides their success is whether they can overcome all the difficulties in adversity and establish their own career. In the third place, they should make clear their own advantages and select a proper post in accordance. Finally, since there are different opportunities in the countryside, they should have a correct and strong sense of opportunity so that they will not miss any opportunity for success.
