Quicken the establishment of OA & raise modernized administration level

This thesis discusses the establishment of OA from the angle of administration not of technology.OA has become the necessity for development of the information society and also the inevitable outcome caused by the suitability of production relations to the development of productive forces.In the establishment of OA,the over all planning and frame need to be considered,and a certain working mechanism to be set up,so as to make the OA system an open close up system,improve the publicity of school affaires and raise modernized administration level.
