| Abstract: | In this paper the author has measured the composition of amino acid in and the content of macroelements and microelements of snake-soaked alcohol- The author has also given a preliminary evaluation on the nutritions value of the alcohol. Experiment results reveal that snake-soaked alcohol, as abundantly nourishing,Possesses a high edible value and a strong health-keeping function. |
