摘    要:本文测定了蛇酒的氨基酸组成和常、微量元素的含量,并对其营养价值进行了初步评价。实验结果表明,蛇酒营养成分丰富,具有较高的食用价值和保健作用。

Abstract:In this paper the author has measured the composition of amino acid in and the content of macroelements and microelements of snake-soaked alcohol- The author has also given a preliminary evaluation on the nutritions value of the alcohol. Experiment results reveal that snake-soaked alcohol, as abundantly nourishing,Possesses a high edible value and a strong health-keeping function.
