| 摘 要： | 从企业生命周期的角度对网络企业的商业模式进行分阶段研究。对我国2家知名网络企业的发展历程进行剖析,总结了商务类和技术类网络企业在不同发展阶段的商业模式。研究显示,网络经济的特征是企业选择商业模式的基础。在企业发展的不同阶段,网络经济表现出截然不同的特征,企业的商业模式也随之改变,那些与网络经济特征相适应的企业可以实现长期持续发展。最后归纳出针对网络企业服务与收费模式、产品定位、竞争策略等方面的启示。
