| 摘 要： | 1946年11月,国民党违反政协决议,一面大打内战,一面召集"制宪国大",但为争取美援,贯于排斥异己的国民党政权迫于美国的压力而伪装革新,急需一两个少数党参政以粉饰门面.民社党人在犹豫、挣扎之后,终于提出"附条件的参加".究其原因,民社党不仅在政纲、立场上与国民党有相近或相同之处,背后还有功利主义的驱使.

| Abstract: | On the novermber,1946,Kuomintang disabeyed the resolution maded by political consultative conference,called the national congress unilaterally while provoking the civil war,however,under constraint of America.It pretended reform in order to gain aid from America.It attracted a few minor parties to join in.China Democracy and Social Party attended with some additional articles after a little hesitation,because they had the same or near opinion in politics and in position,and was allured by utilitarianism. |
