亚里士多德正义观及其启示

亚里士多德对正义问题做出了他所处的那个时代最为全面深刻的研究.尽管其正义观具有阶级和时代的局限性,但在一定程度上对我国现代化建设也具有一些启示意义.特别在社会处于转型期、各种社会矛盾和问题较多的时候,在如何坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合、正确认识和处理效率与公平的关系以及在扩大中产阶层人口比重等方面,亚里士多德的正义观为我们提供了有价值的参照.

Aristotle's Justice View and Its Enlightenment

Aristotle made a most all-round and profound study of the problem of justice in the times he lived in.His justice view has the limitations of class and the times,but to a certain degree has some sense of enlightenment for us to promote the socialist moderniization drive.Especially,during the period of social transformation,in which there are many contradictions and problems of society,Aristotle's justice view can become the valuable reference for us to handle contradictions and problems in our society,such as running the country by combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue,efficiency and justice,increasing intermediate strata in population composition.
