和韵的产生与流变

The Emergence and Development of Harmonious Rhyming

Harmonious rhyming,an artistic device for poetry-creation,has a history of about 1200 years.It was also adopted for writing Chinese poetry in Japan,Korea and Vietnam,enjoying great popularity in the circle of ancient Chinese culture.Harmonious rhyming was invented by Yuan Zhen and Bai Juyi in the Tang dynasty.Its emergence owes much to the good environment of poetry creation,the maturity of "modern style poetry" of the Tang dynasty and Yuan Zhen and Bai Juyi's personality.Due to its synchronic and diachronic features,harmonious rhyming offers a new channel for communication with the ancients and a new approach to poetry-creation.
