人口流动信息对国家是重要的基础性信息。随着手机的普及,利用手机与移动通信基站之间的广播机制,可以快速获得手机的实时变化空间坐标。结合手机号码的归属地和实名制,可进一步获取使用人员的户籍、年龄和性别等信息。利用这项技术还能分析诸如住宅小区空置率和城市人口通勤的规模和流向等。随着手机实名制的深入,该技术具有良好的开拓前景。

Mobile- Communication- Based Analytic Approach to Macro Data of Population Movement and Its Application

The population movement is the basic and strategic information for a country. The rapidly popularized cellphones give us an appropriate opportunity to obtain population information quickly and accurately. The broad- casting between cellphones and mobile station include the information of the cellphone number, time and loca- tion. By linking the phone number dataset with the ID dataset, we can further identify the personal characters of the cellphone user, such as the age, sex and where does he/she come from. This technique can also be used to estimate the house vacancy rate of a residential community, the scale and direction of commuters within a city. The cellphone identification policy will support this technique a more extensive use.
