| Abstract: | With the advent of the laws concerning the legal administration of the government agencies, China's reform in the functions of the government has been brought to the agenda. While acknowledging the justification for socialization of the functions of the government the author warns the hazards it may confront, concluding that an efficient ensuring mechanism is the only safeguard for this reform. |
