| 摘 要： | 上海合作组织从最初被视为缺乏实质内容的空壳,发展成为了亚洲安全与合作的新形式。但上合组织的发展中仍面临一系列问题。在外部,美国和北约在该地区的势力对上合组织处理周边地区局势提出了挑战;在内部,如何开展更为有效的经济合作并挖掘经济潜能则成为上合组织发展的当务之急。此外,如何处理同中国、俄罗斯和美国等世界大国或地区的关系都是上合组织未来发展的关键。本文试图从以上几个方面入手,分析上海合作组织这一亚洲安全与经济合作的新构架。
