| 摘 要： | 缓解当前的能源紧缺困境及环境保护问题,将成为北京市现阶段、以至今后一定时期内十分敏感而带战略意义的热点课题。从北京的能源形势、能源结构水平、调整能源结构的有利条件、开发利用可再生能源的前景及建筑节能的十大对策等几方面,阐述了对北京能源战略的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | The issues of alleviating its lack of energy and protecting its environment will be some of the sensitive and strategic research attractions in Beijing both at present and in a certain period of time hereafter.It illustrates the opinions and suggestions in terms of Beijing's energy position,energy structural level,advantages in adjusting its energy structure,prospects in developing and applying reproducible energy,and the ten solutions to the problem of energy-saving architecture. |
