| 摘 要： | 为进一步拓宽研究现代公共管理的思路,文章就现代公共管理理论与实践的发展趋势进行了全面概述,以提供深入研究讨论的基本依据与素材。首先就国际公共管理理念与时间发展的阶段进行区别,并在此基础上揭示了现代公共管理发展的基本趋势,紧接着综述了主宰公共管理发展的主要理论,最后对公共管理实践模型进行了归纳与思考。

| Abstract: | In order to go deeper into the issue of modern public management,this paper reviews the development of the theories and practice of modern public management to provide basic foundation and material for further research and discussion.Firstly,a distinction will be made between the different developmental stages of the theories and practice of international public management.Based on this,the basic tendencies for the development of modern public management will be revealed.Then the dominant theories of public management will be reviewed.Finally,the practice modes of public management will be summarized and commented on. |
