| 摘 要： | 环境文化在可持续发展中占有特殊地位,是表征人与自然的相互关系的历史范畴,包括环境技术文化、行为文化、规范文化和心智文化系统。其性质经历了古代-朦胧状态、近代-异化状态、现代-醒悟状态等。中国环境问题在现代化进程中日益恶化,与工业化、城市化、区域化、社会体制变化、城乡二元控制、价值观变化、人口流动等因素密切相关。因此必须走科技可持续发展道路,加强环境文化建设。

| Abstract: | Environmental culture occupies a sp ecial position in sustainable development because it shows a historical concept of the relation be-tween human and nature ,including en vironmental technological culture,behaviorial culture,norm culture and intellect culture system.Envir on-mental culture development has undergone obscure state in ancient times,alienation state in modern times an d awakening state in contemporary ag e.The environmental problem is deteriorating in the course of modernization,closely relative to industriali zation ,urbaniztion,regionalizti on,change of social mechanism,dual control in city and country,change of concept of v alue and the shifting of the populati on.A way of sustainable development has to be followed and at the same time culture construction has to be stren gthened. |
