人口年龄结构与社区服务设施规划配置指标研究——以上海市江湾、凉城社区控制性详细规划为例

在对上海市江湾、凉城社区公共服务设施配置现状分析的基础上，利用两区2000年人口统计数据，采用人口平移推算法，对未来15年社区人口年龄结构进行了预测，预测显示，期内人口结构发生了老年人口膨胀、学龄人口轻度萎缩的变化，据此对规划公共服务设施配置方面作出了相应的指标选择，即在有限的城市土地资源约束条件下，与老龄人口相关的设施应采用上位指标，与学龄人口相关的设施应采用下位指标。

A Research of Population Structure by Age and the Features in Mapping Community Service Facilities:Taking Community Plans of Jiangwan and Liangcheng for Example
