台湾问题中的美国因素研究——一个历史的视角

美国因素是制约台湾问题历史、现状和最终解决的根本性国际因素。台湾问题中的美国因素是指美国控制台湾并阻挠中国实现国家统一的立场、政策与行动。文章从历史视角考察了美国因素存在和演变特征,得出的结论是:(1)美国控制台湾的政策目标一贯而恒定。(2)美国因素发展和演变的根据是其全球安全战略。

American Factor in Taiwan Issue: An Historical Perspective

The American factor is the ultimate external factor that conditions and shapes the historical and actual development of Taiwan issue and its final settlement.In definition,American factor means the standpoints,policies and actions though which the United States controls Taiwan and obstructs China's unity.In a historical perspective,this paper examines the existing and developing characteristics of the American factor firstly,and then draws two conclusions: the first is that the American factor controlling Taiwan is consistent;the second is that the global security strategy is the fundamental driving force of the American factor's existence and devel-opment in cross-strait relations.
