摘    要:东北老工业基地国有产权改革战役中,产权交易市场在国有资产重组战略中有着其它形式难以替代的功能,是实现国有资产"进"和"退"的双向通道,是生产要素市场化配置的运行栽体.加快产权交易市场建设,老工业基地产权交易市场建设必须与国有产权制度改革同步发展.

Abstract:The trade market of property rights plays the important role in!the reformation of national property rights in the industrial old bases. It is hardly taken place by other ways. The trade market of property rights is a return passage that national property rights come in and go out. It is also a load, that production element distribute according to meet the requirements of the marketing. The trade market of property rights and the reformation of national property rights must develop with same steps in the Northeast Old Industrial Bases.
