| 摘 要： | 长江三角洲地区制造业在国际分工体系中,既有垂直型国际分工,也有水平国际分工。在这两种分工形式中,长三角制造业都处于分工体系的末端。这样一种国际分工定位,使该地区制造业可持续发展陷入困局。提升产业层级、与国外企业建立战略联盟、扩大高新技术中间产品的生产平台是长三角制造业摆脱困局的主要路径。
