| 摘 要： | 青年志愿者活动是青年文明工程的重要组成部分.近年来大学生青年志愿者活动在内容与形式上均取得了较大发展,形成了鲜明的特征;同时在大学生青年志愿者活动发展过程中也暴露出了一些矛盾和问题,必须多角度地加强工作力度,改进工作方法才能推动其发展.

| Abstract: | The activity of the youth volunteers is the important part of the youth civilization project. In recent years the student volunteer activity has made great progress both in content and form and formed distinct characteristics through volunteer activity;and at the same time it exposed some contradictions and problems during its development, and the development can only be driven by strengthening working power and improving working method at more angles. |
