摘    要:为增强高校机关系统的和谐发展能力,根据自组织理论,分析了高校机关系统的自组织特性,即开放性、非平衡性和非线性。同时,结合高校机关实际,提出了一种增强高校机关系统和谐发展能力的理论模式。

Abstract:In order to reinforce the ability to harmonious development for functioning department system in colleges and universities,according to the theory of self-organization,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of self-organization,which includes the characteristics of openness,not balance and separation.In the meanwhile,combined with the practice of the functioning department in colleges and universities,a systematic pattern to enhance the ability to harmonious development for functioning department in colleges and universities.
