用科学发展观统筹解决我国经济社会发展中的重要矛盾

市场化是工业化与城市化的重要条件,但市场化并不必然保证工业化与城市化的实现;在新世纪全面建设小康社会的过程中,必须树立全面、协调、持续的发展观,解决好发展道路或发展模式问题,即统筹解决城乡二元结构、缩小区域差距、兼顾经济发展与社会发展、统筹人与自然之间的和谐,以及处理好在国际社会中我国正面临的未曾有过的机遇与挑战。

To Solve the Key Contradictions as a Whole in the Development of Social Economy with the Scientific View of Development

The market-oriented economy is the essential requirement to realize the industrialization and urbanization,but the former can not guarantee the realization of the latter.In the new century of building all-round better-off society,we should adopt the comprehensive,coordinative and sustained view point of development to solve the problem of taking what kind of development road or mode.That is to say,we should solve the following issues such as,the dual urban and rural structure,narrowing the economic gap among different regions in China,giving consideration to both economic development and social progress,taking account of the harmony between human beings and the nature as a whole and dealing with properly the opportunities and challenges our country will face in the international commuuity.
