| Abstract: | With the constant development of the reform in college physical education, we realize that only through the change of physical education teaching idea, can we really follow the requirements of quality education, set up the guiding idea of “Health First”, give prominence to creative ability and the cultivation of physical educaton ability, and pay attention to the students, all round development students' personality and their physical and mental health. |
