| 完善财政支农资金运作模式探讨 | |

| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国的财政支农投资在促进农业经济发展和农民增收等方面发挥积极作用的同时,仍存在诸多问题。针对资金总量不足、结构不尽合理、财政资金管理体制不完善等方面展开分析,提出了建立国家支农资金稳定增长机制、调整和优化支农资金支出结构和完善政府财政支农资金管理体制等相关的改革对策及建议。 |
