| 摘 要： | 振兴和发展我国高等教育,必须解决高等教育经费的短缺问题,建立新的教育经费保障体制.经济发达国家的高等学校教育经费来源渠道多,政府鼓励高等学校采用多种手段筹集教育经费,我国高等教育经费筹措的主要方式有政府拨款、学费收入、联合办学、科技服务、校办产业、接受捐赠、金融支持等.高等学校应利用自己的优势,以学校实际出发,各显所能,使多渠道筹措教育经费做得更好.

| Abstract: | New budgetary guarantee system has to be established in order for higher education to develop. At present, budget for higher education in China comes from the following sources: government grants, tuition, payment from technical services, school enterprises, social donations, and financial support from the society. Universities and colleges should do whatever they can to keep more channels open to bring in more money. |
