| 摘 要： | 由于住房效用的多维性以及消费者偏好的存在,住房效用评价一直是一个难题。结合模糊综合评价,以序数效用论为基础,提出住房效用的模糊综合评价模型。该模型能结合具体购房者的偏好对住房效用进行评价和排序,对数据量的要求也比较少,对单购房者的住房效用评价具有良好的针对性和适应性。
