现行研究生招考制度存在的问题与改革探讨

我国现行的研究生招生制度存在着计划管理方式滞后、招生周期过长、考试科目设置不合理、复试环节不够重视、第二志愿劳而无功、网上调剂系统不完善等问题.短期的改革办法是计划与市场结合、简化考试程序且缩短招生周期、调整考试科目设置、强化复试环节的作用、取消第二志愿、完善网上调剂系统等;长远的改革办法是实行招考分离的国家主导型模式,完全尊重导师和招生单位的自主权.

A Discussion on the Problems and Reformation of Current Graduate-admission System

Many problems exist in the current graduate-admisson system in China,such as lagging management mode,long admitting cycle,unreasonable examing subjects,ignoring retrial tache,fruitless second-will,imperfect network-adjusting system and so on.And the short-term reform.lies in: combining plan with market,simplizing exam procedure,shortening admitting cycle,adjusting exam subjects,strengthening retrial tache,cancelling second-will and consummating network-adjusting system.While the long-term reform is to separate admitting from examing with government-led mode and respect the self-determination power of supervisors and admission units.
