| 摘 要： | 本文对社会组织的两种管理方式──家长制与科层制，从权力结构、岗位设置、运行程序等方面进行了比较，揭示了家长制管理方式存在的种种弊端，列举了科层制管理方式的优点，从而指出，在现代社会的发展中，社会组织的管理应彻底摒弃家长制作风，采用并发扬科层制这一科学的管理方式。

| Abstract: | This paper intends to make sa comparison between the two social management system-patriarchal system and scientific management system in the light of the stracture of power, the set-up of positions, the procedure of operations. By discussing the various disadvantages of patriarchal system and the advantages of scientific management system, it is concluded that social management should be characterized by scientific management system rather than patriarchal system. |
