中国企业伦理何以可能

中国企业在生产经营活动中存在着的伦理问题 ,严重制约着中国经济的全面发展。究其原因 ,主要表现在三个方面 :经济转轨、法制建设滞后、企业伦理教育薄弱。因而 ,推进中国企业伦理进步 ,就必须构建完整的企业伦理制度和规范体系 ,树立良好的企业伦理观念 ,强化市场经济法制规范 ,注重企业家的人格塑造 ,吸收借鉴中国传统伦理精髓 ,从而实现中国企业伦理的可能发展。

Problem and Countermeasure of Business Ethics in China

The development of economy in China is greatly restricted by business ethics problem that exists in the operating process of the business. The reasons for this are as follows: the lag of economic transform and legal system building, some corruption phenomena in government and weakness in business ethics education. To promote business ethics progress in China, we must conceive business ethics system and criterion system integrity, set up business ethics notion, strengthen market economy legal system, pay attention to shaping entrepreneur personality and learn from the soul of Chinese traditional ethics.
