| Abstract: | After a comprehensive and contrastive analysis on vocational colleges and its factors,this author tends to claim that：FLDs of this sort should be withdrawn or merged by other departments with the basic function of serving other majors,with the emphasis on the teaching and research of public foreign languages,and with the aim of fostering practical talents with high level of foreign languages. |
