| 摘 要： | 在准确区分名与实、指与物、名和谓的基础上，伍非百认为，“正名”中的“名”已经不再是具有静态特征的概念或语词，而是具有动态特征的“谓”，“正名”实质上就是“正谓”。尽管如此，他还是明确地提出了兼名、别名二律来明确“名”，以“唯谓”来实现“正谓”，这对于中国名学的研究具有极其重要的意义。
