兼蓄宇内古今多元文化商贾士儒重建和谐社会

在古代,山西人崇尚“学而优则贾”,不少读书人“弃仕从商”、“辍读习贾”。晋商世称“山西帮”(或称晋帮、西帮)。追求“义贾”、“善贾”。善于“通权变”、审时度势,以“诚信”为本。采用“人弃我取,人无我有”的策略,积极发展商品经济。对当时全国的物资交流、互通有无、活跃市场、促进生产都做出了很大贡献。思想、文化是多元的,经济也应是多元的。“商”和“士”,本来就是异术同心,晋商现象”和“晋才现象”有利于建成生态化社会。我们应当重新审视中华民族大家庭里各个民族的历史,为和谐社会的构建提供生存与发展的条件。从而把各类社会资源联合起来,形成合力;现代民营企业是焊接在陈陈相因的历史链条上的一环,它的发展与消费支出之间仍然存在着与晋商基本相同的函数关系,晋商的商业发展轨迹告诉我们,现代民营企业要想取得良性发展,就必须避免陷入那种非理性的消费陷阱。

Enlightenment of Ancient Jin Commerce to the Present Construction of Harmonious Society

Many ancient Shanxi natives quitted school and engaged in commerce. Merchants from Shanxi Province who have been named "Shanxi Gang", "Jin Gang"or "the West Gang"for generations made great contributions to stimulating interflow of commodities, revitalizing market and developing productions all over the country. Closely re-examining the history of each nationality of Chinese nation is of great significance to the present construction of harmonious society. Modern private enterprises are similar to Jin commerce in their development. The successful experience of Jin merchants indicates that unrational consumption has to be avoided in the virtuous development of modern private enterprises.
